I was eating your GLUTEN-FREE ORANGE & CHOCOLATE BISCOTTI -as I watched you on Dragon's DenDRAGON'S DEN (CBC at 20H this evening) , and CONGRATULATE YOU on your success in being chosen and supported by Arlene!!! BRAVO to ALL!!!!! After meeting you at the CFHA - MONTREAL Feb 6 & 7th, (2015), and tasting your line of products, I am completely convinced that you are going to SAIL (SALE) through the upcoming years! Your Gluten Free Biscottis - were / are outstanding, as are your GLUTEN-FREE Fruit Crackers-BANA KRISPS: Pistachio & Anise, Cafe, and Fruits. All ARE decisious, and I salute your pastry-chef- husband in creating (FINALLY) some form of cracker in the gluten-free market, that DOES INDEED DELIVER AMAZING FLAVOUR, and that DOES have consistancy !!! I am also equally impressed by you Cara and Jack with your simple, frank and passionate demo'ing of your product at CHFA. You DESERVE EVERY SUCCESS !!!
